Gangs in the uk

Gangs
Gangs seem to be getting out of control in the uk now
There are many reason's why young people join gangs . it gives them a sense of belonging, maybe they don't have a happy home life. it gives them a sense of power,to name but a few .the average age is about 17 to 18 years.and at that age your people are very easily led they want to impress others or look good in front of there mates, most of them would not think twice about stabbing or shooting another gang member and in some case's just because they are in the wrong part of town to take someone's life for whatever reason is not a good thing. but to take someone's life just because they are from one part of town and you are from another is so pointless and meaningless its beyond words,so how are the police or government going to stop these gangs forming in the first place,Should it be against the law the be a member of any street gang?? and if you think it should how would you deal with them that do join?? how would you deal with these people, myself i can see only one solution i think they should bring back national service.not only will it give them a sense or worth it will give them discipline and will tech them about respect.it will give them values and also make them more responcble
